At Ambit, we're combining our own KINOMEscan technology with an innovative licensing strategy and a history of kinase expertise to discover, optimize and advance a sustainable pipeline of small molecule kinase inhibitors for the treatment of cancer and other diseases. Our lead compound AC220, a small molecule kinase inhibitor for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia, entered the clinic in 2006. A second clinical-stage compound, AC480, is a panHER kinase inhibitor in-licensed from Bristol Myers Squibb Company (BMS) as part of Ambit's ongoing discovery and development collaboration with BMS.
