Contraindications

  • Simultaneous administration of drugs containing any organic nitrates;
  • Use in people under the age of 18;

Overdose

With a single administration to healthy volunteers at a dose of 500 mg/day and patients with erectile dysfunction – repeatedly up to 100 mg/day, the undesirable effects were the same as when using the drug in lower doses.
